McGurk Architects is an award-winning practice based in Magherafelt, operating across a wide range of sectors including community, sport, residential, and healthcare. We place a strong emphasis on design excellence and collaborative working.
We are seeking an Architect to join our busy and dynamic practice. Applicants must be fully qualified and will ideally have a minimum of 1 year’s post Part III experience.
You will gain exposure to projects across all RIBA stages. Whilst supported by a Director, you will be encouraged to work independently, take responsibility for your own projects and contribute as part of a collaborative team. Strong design and presentation skills are essential, alongside excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing directly with clients and consultants.
Experience of Contract Administration and Site Management using NEC4 or JCT contracts is desirable. A thorough knowledge of construction details and the ability to produce high-quality presentation drawings is also required.
Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
