The house’s contemporary design was complimented perfectly by a simple material palette of natural stone, timber and zinc. All living spaces are located to take advantage of the house’s elevated site location, and the sun’s pathway to draw natural light into the building. The single-room-deep linear plan format draws references from the traditional Irish vernacular.
