Provincial Assisted Living

Carryduff

This project entails repurposing an existing office building to create six, one-bedroom living units for people with learning disabilities and complex needs, along with additional staff offices and welfare facilities. The aim of the scheme is to offer high-quality, purpose-built living spaces for the intended service users.

The design revolves around a courtyard layout, aimed at fostering a sense of community among residents and assist in promoting care and supervision by staff. The courtyard serves as the central focal point of the development, providing own-door access to all ground-floor supported living units.
