The renovation and extension of Donaghy Brothers' existing commercial premises in Kilrea rejuvenates the outdated shop front, transforming it into a modern and inviting building with expansive street-facing window displays. Inside, the open-plan layout of the shop floor is complemented by a centrally located staircase, modified to provide access to additional sales and staff areas on the first floor. Notably, the project was executed while the shop remained operational throughout the duration of the renovation.
