This Sports Stadium and its accompanying 4G playing field play a pivotal role in Derry GAA, serving as a Centre of Excellence for its many teams and development squads. Phase 1 included the installation of a 2700-seat covered spectator stand, players’ changing facilities, physiotherapy suites, strength and conditioning suite, media suite, offices, and catering facilities.

Phase 2 was dedicated to the development of a new floodlit 4G playing field and a parking area. The internal layout of the new stadium enhances the overall operation of the entire sports complex. Its contemporary exterior design stands as a landmark building along the A6, the primary route from Belfast to Derry.
Expanding across 48 acres, the site has become a bustling hub of activity within Derry County, attracting local schools and clubs and serving as a vibrant centre for sports and community engagement.
