Chanterhill Road

This classically designed replacement dwelling features a granite entrance portico, large sliding sash windows and lead clad dormer windows.
A flat plot was formed from the sloping site using gabion baskets. This allows the sizeable 6000sqft house to sit comfortably in its environment and ensures the quality of light internally does not suffer from overshadowing of adjoining premises.

The dwellings formally designed front and side elevations contrasts with the contemporary rear elevation. Inside, the interior seamlessly blends classical elements with modern features.
