Nestled on the northern outskirts of Magherafelt, this residential project comprises an assortment of luxurious detached, semi-detached, and terraced dwellings, all designed in a traditional Georgian architectural style.

Undertaken for FP McCann, phase one works included the construction of 28 units. This forms part of a larger master plan with an additional 22 units, intended to connect Ballyheifer and Station Roads.
