This morning, we were delighted to deliver the football boots collected through our recent appeal to Street Soccer NI.
Street Soccer NI is a fantastic local charity that supports vulnerable and disadvantaged people across Northern Ireland, including those experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction, social exclusion and long-term unemployment. Through sport, they provide structure, support and opportunities for individuals who need it most.
Over the past number of months, we have been proud to run this collection in association with our Mid Ulster Sports Arena project in Cookstown, encouraging donations from the local community, clients and colleagues.
Thanks to the generosity of so many people, a substantial number of boots have now been passed on and will help ensure that participants can access training and programmes without financial barriers.
