Victoria Road, Derry

This mixed-use feasibility scheme on the banks of the Foyle in duelled commercial ground floor space and a pontoon, at ground level with a restaurant and first floor terrace. A multi-storey car park accessed from Victoria Road serves the high-rise apartments block scheme.

Staycity, Manchester

McGurk Architects acted as site architects on this multi-storey serviced apartment scheme for a locally based contracting team.

 

Ulsterville Avenue, Belfast

These sixteen high-end classically detailed apartments were constructed within a tight twenty-week time frame. The interiors display many period home details with high ceiling, hardwood sliding sash windows, bespoke French doors and joinery detailing.

 

 

Atlantic Road, Coleraine

This 12-acre residential project for two landowner brothers features a mixture of houses and apartments. The first involved 45 apartments on the site of The Elms, 1 Atlantic Road, and the second 110 residential units off the adjoining roads.
