Commercial adaptation of grade B1 listed semi-detached terrace on Northland Row, Dungannon.

The desire for the project was to retain the front façade with a modern rear extension. The design’s focal point is the open plan first floor office with the faceted roof maximising the natural light entering the office floor through south facing glazing. The roof form rises at the corner, providing the building presence and attention from the rear car park approach. The extension has taken reference from the size and scale of other extensions in the immediate locality. The façade of the building is made up of two different bricks; a glazed brick base and red brick cap.

The project has been submitted to Mid Ulster Council Planning Department.
